1. Regulation on the time to feedback and return product:

Please inform and send the product to Taky Food within seven (07) days (from the date of receiving the product to the date of sending the product indicated on the delivery slip) subject to the provisions of each product return policy.

Particularly for products showing signs of use; lack of products, accessories, gifts; or broken: Please notify Taky Food within (48) hours since receiving the product.

2. Case of accepting to return and exchange:

- Wrong product delivery, wrong color, wrong size

- Lack of products, accessories / gifts.

- Broken, torn before reaching customers.

- Technical error due to manufacturing.

- Products show signs of used or expired

3. Return conditions:

- Sản phẩm còn nguyên vẹn và đầy đủ bao bì, tem mạc.

- Sản phẩm còn đầy đủ phụ kiện, quà tặng, phiếu bảo hành, hoá đơn hoặc biên nhận mua bán sản phẩm, hướng dẫn sử dụng và các giấy tờ liên quan (nếu có).

- Sản phẩm chưa qua sử dụng (trừ trường hợp đổi trả do lỗi kỹ thuật hoặc có dấu hiệu đã qua sử dụng).

4. Return notes:

No return and exchange policy for the following cases:

- Products are not applicable for return or exchange according to supplier's own policy.

- Products purchased by installments or with special promotions / discounts

5. Instructions to send product back to TAKY FOOD:

You can exchange or return products for free to Takyfood in following two ways:

Option 1: Take the product directly to the Exchange center of Takyfood at: 435 National Highway 13, Hiep Binh Phuoc, Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh

Option 2: Takyfood recalls the product at the nearest distribution address as designated by Taky Food

6. Time and refund method:

Takyfood offers customers a variety of refund options based on the payment method you chose at the time of purchase:

- Bank transfer: 03-05 working days.

- Domestic ATM: 05-07 working days.

- Credit / debit card: 05-15 business days.

Step 2: Instructions for change and return

After receiving the information from the customer, Taky Food Customer Care staff will advise the customer about:

_ Return policy

_ Return process

Then proceed to instruct customers to send return products to Takyfood most convenient for customers

Step 3: return product

Customer service personnel receive products that need to be returned and processed:

_ Check the status of products and send to the relevant department to conduct detailed evaluation and warranty.

_ Notification of results - Product status - Direction of processing and time of processing for customers by Email + Call + SMS

Step 4: Product warranty

Customer Care Department urges and monitors the status of product handling with relevant departments to ensure the product is processed on schedule and meets the requirements of return and exchange from the Customer.

Step 5: Receive products in exchange for return

Customer Service Takyfood conducted:

_ Notify customers of product status after return or exchange

_ Notice of return schedule to customers: Call + Email + SMS

_ Promote the shipment and confirm receipt of goods from customers

Step 6: Refund and exchange (if any)

In case the return or exchange products cannot be overcome and the need to expedite the refund to ensure the interests of customers, the Customer Service Officer of Takyfood shall notify the customer and follow the relevant procedures to refund the customer.
