I – Compliance with laws

Compliance with laws and regulations is always at the forefront of Taky Food. This is always mentioned first in the Company's Code of Conduct and internal regulations.

- There is no significant penalty for non-compliance with laws and regulations

- Do not give rise to violations of the right to privacy of customer information, or loss of customer data.

- No cases related to corruption and conflicts of interest.

- No incidents related to the environment.

- No incidents related to marketing communications.

II - Fighting to benefits conflicts, corruption and bribery

At Taky Food, the rules against benefit conflicts, corruption and bribery are always clear, strict, and disseminated to all workers in many forms: direct implementation through manage, email all employees, as defined in the Code of Conduct.

All managers of the Company and employees working in positions frequently interacting with partners, customers, etc., sign an appendix of contract with the Company, undertaking issues about professional responsibilities, codes of conduct, ...
