The house was built with the following items: walls, cement floors, and a metal roof, with a total cost of about 60 million Vietnamese dong. Taky Food Co., Ltd. contributed 50 million Vietnamese dong, and Ms. Bui Thi Thuy Loan's family contributed 10 million Vietnamese dong for the construction costs. In addition, at the housewarming ceremony, Ms. Bui Thi Thuy Loan also donated an additional 10 million Vietnamese dong in cash to the family to complete any remaining unfinished items.
