FINANCIAL POLICY:
Discount off invoice:
- Based on the committed quarterly sales, distributors will be able to participate in a discount program on sales for TAKY FOOD's distributors.
- When you reach the committed sales target, you will receive the discount according to the agreed rate from the beginning of the quarter.
- This discount policy is independent and is conducted in parallel with other business support or promotion programs from TAKY FOOD to distributors.
- Distributors will enjoy the quarterly and annual bonus when you achieve quarterly and annual sales according to the regulations of TAKY FOOD.
Pricing policy:
- Retail price:
+ Based on the purchase results and other cooperation commitments, distributors will get the price policy for the corresponding distributor level.
+ Price policy is built to ensure the competitiveness and maximum profit for distributors in the market.
- Price protection:
+ In case TAKY FOOD raises the selling price, distributors is protected for the same items in stock.
+ The price protection applies only to items with import invoices and warranty cards from TAKY FOOD representatives within 30 days from the date of receiving price notice.
Agreement contract and debts:
- Agreement contract: After signed the contract, distributors will be included in the preferential list of TAKY FOOD, get policies for TAKY FOOD's distributors
- Purchase debts:
- Distributor will deposit with the amount depends on the sales target.
- On this basis, distributor will get limit with a maximum debt in 30 days.
- On the basis of cooperation results and payment history, distributor will get better preferential levels of debt policy.
SALES SUPPORT POLICY:
PR – Marketing support:
- Distributor will get support POSM (catalogs, leaflets, banners, ...) via program of TAKY FOOD. Information about your distributor will be advertised on the mass media and the website of TAKY FOOD.
- Distributor will be involved in all promotions and sales promotions of TAKY FOOD
- Distributor will receive certified as an authorize distributor of TAKY FOOD
- Distributor will receive updated information about prices, goods, products, policies of the company, marketing programs, documents promoting sales.
Technical support, instructions to use Taky Food products:
- Distrisbutor is supported technically by phone, online support facilities and direct on-site technical support when required.
- Distributors can attend a training course on products, technology and sales knowledge organized by TAKY FOOD representatives. Will receive separate training support if required.
Customer services:
- Goods changing: Within 7 days from the date of invoice, your agent will be exchanged a new product if the product is determined to be under warranty error. In case out of stock, TAKY FOOD will support up to you agents working with the warranty center of TAKY FOOD.
- Return: In the case of goods, prices are not consistent with the purchase agreement, distributor has the right to return the goods to TAKY FOOD. The delivery is made within 7 days from the date of invoice and delivery note signed.
REQUIREMENTS FOR DISTRIBUTOR:
- Organizing display, introducing TAKY FOOD products and doing market work to sales.
- Support TAKY FOOD when promotions and advertisements take place at your distributor's market.
- Guaranteed price for retailers is equivalent to the distributor's suggested retail price.
- No dumping.
WITHDRAWING AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR:
If distributors breaks one of the following cases:
- Reducing commercial credibility or reducing product quality by any means and actions.
- Supplying counterfeit and fake goods branded Taky Food.
