The signing ceremony took place on June 27th in the city of Sydney as part of the Vietnam-Australia Business Connectivity Forum 2023. The event was organized by the Trade Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Australia -Vietnam Business Council, with the participation of over 20 businesses from both countries. The program is part of a series of activities commemorating the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations (1973-2023) and the 5th anniversary of strategic partnership (2018-2023) between the two sides.
According to the agreement, from now until the year 2025, Lotus VN will bring Tài Ký's various flour products to Victoria and New South Wales, two states in Australia. Tài Ký products are familiar to Vietnamese cuisine, such as flour for making pancakes, steamed rolls, crispy fried dishes, deep-fried items, spicy seasonings, tapioca starch, noodles, and coconut essence. By entering the new market, the company expects to introduce Vietnamese cuisine and stimulate growth in the processed food industry.
Ms. Bui Thi Thuy Loan, the CEO of Takyfood, stated that Lotus VN is one of the specialized importers and distributors of food and consumer products originating from Vietnam in Australia. The company has a distribution scale that grows by 10% each year, contributing to Takyfood's market expansion efforts.
"This collaboration will create opportunities for us to develop and expand our market presence overseas. In addition to delivering quality flour and clean food products to the table, we aspire to bring traditional Vietnamese pastries to the world," emphasized Ms. Loan.

The company's products have always been present in nationwide supermarket chains with an extensive distribution network covering all 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam. They also export their products to the United States, Europe, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asian countries.
